We had to share this trailer for Mandela: Long Walk To Freedom, which has just been released. It looks totally incredible and has given me goose bumps. I can’t wait to see this biopic, which looks at Mandela’s extraordinary life, from his childhood to his inauguration as the first democratically elected President of South Africa.

The film which stars man of the moment Idris Elba (of The Wire and Luther fame) as Nelson Mandela and fellow Brit and Skyfall actress Naomie Harris as his former wife, Winnie Mandela, took producer Anant Singh 16 years to develop.
