To celebrate the official first day of summer (even though the heavens here in London have just opened) Designer Einhorn made us all his famous (and incredibly tasty!) iced coffee – Such a good boss. Bottoms up.

This is brilliant. Naturally Stephen cooks this for himself every morning for breakfast to get himself in the mood….I love the ends of the bacon particularly it must have taken hours, superb.
